The story of W’s began in 1980, when Eng. Mohamed Wessam founded Wessam Architects, setting a benchmark in design excellence across Egypt and the Gulf region. Over the years, the firm built a reputable portfolio of luxury residences, urban spaces, and commercial landmarks.

W’s story began a new chapter in 2011, when Eng. Moaaz stepped in to carry forward his father’s legacy. Under his lead, the second generation took shape — developing a series of distinctive buildings across the 5th Settlement.
In 2014, a bold new chapter began under Eng. Moaaz Wessam, who led the expansion into real estate development with the launch of Whitebay, a premium coastal project delivering over 100 top-tier units in Sidi Heniesh Bay.
Then came a pivotal evolution.

In 2022, the legacy evolved. A second generation emerged — three brothers to co-create The W’s, marking a powerful shift from architecture to real estate development. Each “W” represents a cornerstone of the family’s shared values: Wisdom, Workmanship, and a Winning Vision.
W’s stands as a testament to visionary innovation and transformative design. Our story begins in 1980 when Eng. Mohamed Wessam forged the foundations of our enduring legacy.
